I need to start saving recipes I like!

Cold Cheesecake

1 8 oz cream cheese
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 graham cracker crust

Beat cream cheese until fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill for 1-3 hours until set. Top with fresh, frozen, or canned fruit topping (or eat plain)
